Employment Equity Reporting for 2013

The Employment Equity Reporting deadline for 2013 submissions is tomorrow, 15 January 2014.

Only those companies who employ 150 or more employees or who have become newly designated employers in 2013 or who wish to voluntarily comply with the legislation need to submit Employment Equity reports for the past year. The deadline for manual reports was 01 October 2013 therefore any outstanding reports must be submitted online at https://ee.labour.gov.za by 15 January 2014.

    i mr n.z shabangu id no 671026xxxxxxx have apply for the provident fund since october 2013.i would like to know if ever my application was received by your bargaining council.and when are they going to make some payment

      I only publish information from the various bargaining councils on this blog on behalf of Sage Pastel Payroll. I do not represent any specific bargaining council. My advice to you would be to contact your bargaining council or fund administrators directly for feedback on your provident fund claim.
