Motor Industry Wage Increases effective 01 September 2015

The new minimum wage rates and guaranteed wage increases applicable to employees in the Motor Industry have been announced. The circular was sent out by MIBCO to all employers in the industry. Employers are responsible for applying the wage increased effective 01 September 2015 and the new minimum wage rates must be applied until 31 August 2016.
